Our highly sophisticated e-commerce solution provides all the functionality required to sell products and services online including:

• Customer Account Registration and "My Account" features - allowing customers to self-create online accounts, add/edit account details, create multiple billing/shipping addresses and view the status of previous and current orders
• Product Catalogue - allowing site administrators to easily define and create products and associated stock items (SKUs). Products descriptions can be fully managed and product stock, weight, price and VAT rules administered.  Products can quickly be assigned to one or more product categories. A number of "upgrade" offers and/or product associations can also be created to offer up-sell/cross-sell opportunities to the customer. Postage rules can also created and used to charge appropriate P&P charges to customers on an order basket.
• Gift Vouchers - allowing site administrators to offer customers the opportunity to purchase e-vouchers that can be redeemed at a later point on purchase. Voucher "change" for customers that under-spend on the redemption.
• Order Management - allowing customers to add and build a shopping basket before checkout. Site administrators are able to see and manage orders through an order lifecycle with full control over the process including all shop-generated email confirmations. 
• Sales Management Information Reporting - allowing site administrators to see current and historical sales information.

It is very easy for us to integrate with existing 3rd party payment solutions like Worldpay, Secpay, Streamline and Paypal. We have also successfully integrated our solution into a number of bespoke finance systems operated by clients.

Our e-commerce solution works seamlessly with ServiceTick - a separate Internet Geeks product which offers a unique solution for gathering real-time customer feedback on a customer's experience of dealing with an organisation.
