We have extensive experience of designing, building and broadcasting email marketing campaigns. To meet the needs of our clients, we offer our GeekMail solution – an intuitive, easy-to-use tool to create, send and report on email marketing activity.

Using our design skills, we create attractive HTML email designs that are uploaded for use on GeekMail. All of our email templates are tested to ensure they display correctly across different email clients such as Hotmail, Gmail, YahooMail, Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007.

Clients can then logon to GeekMail to create their own email campaigns using the designed email templates; adding copy, images and hyperlinks as required. Once created, an email can be tested to check its design works across multiple mail clients and that it will not be treated as spam.

One or more distribution lists can be set-up. Email addresses can be entered directly into GeekMail or uploaded in bulk. Email campaigns can be immediately sent to the defined mailing lists or scheduled for broadcasting at a specific time.

Sent emails can include a number of standard features such as forward to a friend, view a web page version and automatic opt-out / unsubscribe processing.

As soon as an email is sent, comprehensive reporting is provided to allow detailed insight and understanding to be drawn from all completed email activity.

There are no set-up costs or fees with sending email via GeekMail. Sending charges are based on a cost per campaign and a small fee per email address sent to. We can also provide competitive quotes for the design and build of HTML email templates.
